Photo Permit
Photo Permit Pricing: Photo permits are available based on our schedule and availability, Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (gates close at 5:00 PM). We accept bookings up to 30 days in advance, and permits are priced in hourly increments. Please note the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:
Outdoor permits (Exterior & Gardens only): Available April through October for the best seasonal blooms and natural beauty.
Indoor permits (Grand Ballroom, Exterior & Gardens): Available year-round for that opulent, timeless elegance.
No permits on major holidays and are allowed only on available days and times.
Photographers/videographers do not count toward the guest limit.
No weddings, vow renewals, or similar ceremonies are permitted during photo sessions.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
Indoor Ballroom + Exterior & Gardens (Year-Round)
* 1–4 people: $250 per hour
*5–10 people: $330 per hour
*11–25 people: $500 per hour
Your non-refundable permit fee grants non-exclusive access to the grand ballroom, all outdoor gardens, and exterior spaces—ideal for creating those jaw-dropping, romantic shots amid roses, fountains, and our enchanting castle facade. (Other indoor areas are not included, and no decor is allowed. Bathrooms in the Ballroom are available as changing areas.)
Outdoor Exterior & Gardens Only (April–October)
*1–4 people: $150 per hour
*5–10 people: $250 per hour
*11–25 people: $330 per hour
This option highlights our breathtaking gardens and grounds, with winding paths and scenic spots perfect for natural, dreamy portraits. Indoor access is not included. (Changing areas and bathrooms are unavailable for outdoor permits)
Permits are required for any professionally conducted formal photography/videography for private personal use only. Upon confirming your booking, we'll email you an invoice and permit application right away.
